Caregivers at Help U Care Are Unique and Exceptional!
Criteria for all Caregivers Registered with Our Agency:
At Help U Care, we are committed to the meticulous recruitment, screening, credentialing, and referral of diligent and seasoned caregivers. Both clients and their families are provided with detailed information about each caregiver. Here are the qualifications required for all caregivers who register with our agency:
- Valid State Driver’s License or State Picture Identification
- Proof of Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or Work Authorization
- Valid Social Security Number
- Evidence of training as a Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant
- Minimum of two years of experience in the healthcare field
- Two work-related references within the healthcare industry
- Physical examination, including a TB test or chest X-ray
- Personal Interviews
- Help U Care carries out national and state background checks and, when necessary, FBI fingerprinting
- Training as a Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant is required
- Experience in the healthcare field
- Two additional work-related references in the healthcare industry
